Sweet almond oil is one of the base oils in all five Rithim beard oils. It forms part of the conditioning blend; it is not a vitamin supplement or a treatment for a skin condition.

Recognising the ingredient
The ingredient list names it Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil. This oil comes from sweet almonds and is used in cosmetics as an emollient: it helps give a soft, smooth feel. That role should not be confused with delivering a clinically useful dose of vitamins A or D. The mere presence of the oil does not demonstrate such a dose.
An ingredient is not the finished formula
A bottle usually contains a blend, so the texture and result depend on the complete formula and how much you use. One oil cannot establish that the finished product will repair damaged hair, treat a skin condition or encourage growth. Its nutritional value as a food also does not prove those effects when applied to a beard.
Where it appears at Rithim
The five beard oils contain sweet almond oil, but oil, balm and wax have different ingredient lists. Check the specific format and scent rather than assuming that every Rithim product has the same base.
Read the label and consider your skin
Check the current ingredient list on your own product, including fragrance ingredients. “Natural” is not a guarantee that your skin will tolerate it. If you have a known allergy to the source ingredient, ask a qualified professional before using a product containing it. Stop if a product causes irritation.
Use a small amount and adjust
Spread a small amount between clean hands and work it through your beard. Follow the directions on the product and keep the dropper away from wet or unclean surfaces. Use less if your beard feels oily or heavy. Choose by how the finished product feels on your hair and skin, rather than a ranking of individual oils.
