1. General

Welcome to Rithim® (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing rithim.co.uk or purchasing from us, you accept these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) together with the policies they reference. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms at any time. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of this page; continued use after that date signifies acceptance of the changes.

2. Site Access

We aim for uninterrupted service, but maintenance or events beyond our control may occasionally make the site unavailable. We strive to keep outages brief and to provide notice where feasible.

3. Licence to Use the Site

You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to browse and use the site for non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Resell or exploit any part of the site or its content.
  • Harvest data via robots, spiders or similar tools.
  • Frame, mirror or disguise our branding.
  • Use meta-tags or hidden text containing our trade marks.

Breach of this section ends your licence immediately and may result in legal action.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Introduce malware or harmful code.
  2. Harass, threaten or defame others.
  3. Engage in fraud or other unlawful acts.

We may suspend or close accounts and remove content that violates these rules or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos and images are © Rithim® or its licensors and protected by Dutch and international law. No right, title or interest transfers to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as-is”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

7. Errors & Corrections

Occasionally the site may contain typographical or pricing errors. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and cancel orders affected by them, even after an order is placed.

8. Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). A dispatch email with tracking is sent once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

  • Free PostNL delivery on orders ≥ €25.
  • Transit time: 1–2 business days.
  • Wholesale orders are excluded from free shipping.

8.2 International

Free shipping thresholds apply to consumer orders. Wholesale rates are quoted separately upon request.

9. Tracking

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. If tracking remains inactive beyond that, contact support@rithim.co.uk.

10. Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may incur import taxes and customs fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

11. B2B Exclusions

Trade customers are not eligible for consumer discounts, coupons, promotions or free-shipping thresholds unless agreed in writing.

12. Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Notify us by email and return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • We refund the product price plus the cheapest outbound shipping option within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • Return postage is yours unless we sent the wrong or defective item.

13. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Changed your mind before we ship? Email support@rithim.co.uk with your order number for a full refund.

14. Incorrect Products

If we send the wrong item, notify us within 30 days. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct product or refund upon return.

15. Damaged or Faulty Items

Report damage with photos within 30 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Use tracked shipping for returns; lost parcels are not our responsibility.

16. Availability & Back-Orders

Stock levels are updated regularly but not in real time. If we cannot fulfil your order within 30 days, we will offer a new delivery date, a substitute or a full refund.

17. VAT & Tax

EU prices include Dutch VAT (21 %). Outside the EU, VAT is removed at checkout. VAT ID: NL003367593B65. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID may request a zero-rated supply.

18. Customs & Import Duties (Further Details)

Local customs charges vary by country and order value and may delay delivery. If you refuse to pay, the parcel may be returned or destroyed; we will refund the product price minus any costs incurred.

19. Minors

Our products are intended for adults. Under-18s may use the site only under parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

20. Updates to These Terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Material updates will be announced on the site or via email (for account holders).

21. Product Safety & Allergies

Follow on-pack instructions and patch-test if you have sensitive skin. Natural ingredients can cause slight variations between batches. Rithim® is not liable for reactions due to individual sensitivities or misuse.

22. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Email complaints to support@rithim.co.uk within seven days of the issue. We reply within 14 days. If unresolved, you may escalate to Stichting WebwinkelKeur, Stichting GeschilOnline or, for EU consumers, the ODR platform.

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.

24. Final Provisions

If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms stays in force. Additional consumer-favourable provisions will be provided in a durable medium and become part of the contract. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
