Do I need an account to place an order?
You can make purchases as a guest, but you can also create an account to access your order history, track your orders, save your shipping address, and securely store your billing information to facilitate the checkout process.
Is shopping on this website safe?

Where are your products made?
All of our beard care products are carefully crafted in the Netherlands. We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards and consistently deliver premium products. For more complex formulations with advanced active ingredients, we collaborate with specialized laboratories across Europe.
I just started growing a beard. What's the first product I should try?
We always recommend starting with beard oil once the beard starts to itch. From there, we recommend experimenting and seeing what works for you and your specific beard style.
How much beard oil, balm, or wax should I use?
Every beard is different, and a little product goes a long way. The best way to apply the product is to apply it bit by bit until you have found the right balance. A good rule of thumb is that your beard should not feel too oily or heavy. If it does, you have used too much. We recommend starting with a fingertip-sized amount and building up or reducing from there.
How long does your beard oil last?
That mainly depends on the length of your beard. An average use of 1 month can be expected from our 30ml beard oil.
Are your products natural/organic?
Yes, our products are composed of 100% natural ingredients, many of which are organic!
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. We are vehemently opposed to animal testing and ensure that no animal testing is performed in the purchase, testing, and production of all our products.
Do your products contain SLS or parabens?
Our products are completely free of sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and parabens.

How do I use beard oil and beard balm?
- Take a small amount in the palm of your hand.
- Rub your hands together (if using beard balm, until the balm melts).
- Apply it to your beard/mustache, making sure it reaches your skin!
- Use a brush to evenly distribute the beard oil and shape the beard).
What is the difference between beard oil and beard balm?
Both have the same purpose, which is to nourish your beard. The difference is that beard balm ingredients include butter and wax, which are used to make the consistency thicker and give more firmness. In short, with beard balm, you can easily shape your beard, while beard oil is mainly for care. Although the beard balm is thicker, it is not as heavy as beard oil. So, if you have oily skin, we recommend using beard balm.

On desktop: you can enter your coupon code in the box located just below the order summary on the shopping cart page.
On mobile: tap the price tag icon in the side cart drawer, or scroll to the bottom of the cart page to find the coupon code field.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our main warehouse in the Netherlands. We are actively working on expanding our logistics network and plan to partner with international fulfillment centers to offer faster delivery times in the near future.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates vary based on the destination country and the weight of your order. Please note that international deliveries may take additional time due to customs and export procedures.
All international orders are shipped with the necessary customs declarations. However, your local customs office may apply additional duties or taxes before releasing your order for pickup. These fees are not included in the final price at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are based on the volume and weight of your order. Simply add your desired products to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page — you’ll be able to view all available shipping options and prices before completing your purchase.

What is the threshold for free shipping?
- Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €25.
- Germany & Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €30.
- Europe Zone 1(Italy, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Luxembourg, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Poland): Free shipping on orders over €50.
- Europe Zone 2(Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spitsbergen, Czech Republic, Turkey, Vatican City, Switzerland): Free shipping on orders over €75.

How long does shipping take?
We offer fast and reliable shipping, no matter where you are.
- Netherlands: within 24 hours after dispatch.
- European Union: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Worldwide: 3–14 business days after dispatch.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse. We ship six days a week — Monday through Saturday — to ensure your order gets on its way as quickly as possible.
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.
What courier services do you use?
We work with trusted international carriers including DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, and PostNL. At checkout, you can select the shipping service that best suits your needs — balancing speed, reliability, and cost.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Every shipment includes standard tracking at no extra cost. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll quickly investigate and assist you in resolving any issues with your shipment.
How do I return an order?
We want you to feel completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can now arrange a return in just a few clicks from your Rithim® customer account.
How to request a return
- Log in to your account and open Orders.
- Click Manage next to the order you wish to return.
- Select Request Return and choose a reason (you may add a short comment).
- Click Submit Return Request.
- Within 2 working days we’ll email you a return label.
- Attach the label to the box and hand the parcel to the indicated carrier.
